Heard about this site today from the Webheads. It's an online brainstorming site, where you can create diagrams, link them together any way you want, and share the process with other users. I don't have any other users to try it out with on this Sunday afternoon, and anyway I'm supposed to be going to the grocery store right now or there will be no dinner. But email me if you want to try it.

Hi, Marian,
I wanted to comment on the Webheads Convergence, but, for some reason, there was no place for comments under your post about it.
I didn't actually participate live in any of the workshops since I've been at the International Reading Association convention in Toronto. However, I was able to watch and listen to the recorded session on the use of games in teaching English Language Learners.
It was a good workshop, though I skipped the part on Second Life. I still just don't get its value, but I'm willing to be convinced otherwise.
Thanks for your comment, Larry. I'm impressed that you participated in the Webheads event while at another conference. I was also participating in between events in First Life, but I found it a phenomenal learning experience. I learned about a lot of new sites, and got to experience how some are using them. And also find out that people who I knew of also knew of me through our virtual activities. Kind of spooky, but I guess I'll get used to it.
About Second Life, I'm not convinced of its usefulness either, but it's fun, and it's amazing how many schools and businesses are participating, so I just want to see what it's all about. Besides - my avatar is so hip! ;)
